About XPD Signage

XPD Signage helps small businesses put menus, offers and announcements on a screen without overpaying or getting stuck in a sales call. We write for the café owner, church volunteer or clinic manager doing this for the first time.

What makes our guides different

• We're independent. We don't make signage software or sell screens, and no vendor owns or sponsors the site.
• Prices come from the source. We take prices from each vendor's own pricing page and show the month we checked them. When we can only find a price in someone else's comparison, we label it as second-hand.
• Free options are included. If a free plan or a TV you already own will do the job, we say so, even though it earns us nothing.
• We show the catches. Watermarks, device limits and "free until your second screen" rules go in the table, not the small print.

How the site is funded

Some links are affiliate links. If you sign up through one, the vendor may pay us a commission. You pay the same price either way. Read the full disclosure.

Corrections and contact

Prices and plans change often. If you spot something out of date, or you're a vendor whose details we've got wrong, email hello@xpdsignage.com and we'll check and fix it.
